Preparing an order

Preparation begins after payment authorization succeeds. Most orders are readied in approximately 1–2 business days; weekends and applicable holidays are outside that estimate.

Travel after shipment

After dispatch, carrier transit is normally estimated at 4–6 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate, and an estimated window does not promise delivery on a particular date. Available destinations, charges and any free-shipping offer are shown at checkout.

Address and tracking

Enter a complete deliverable address and current contact details. Tracking may not move until the carrier completes its first scan. A correction reported before dispatch will be reviewed, although a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or carrier handling has begun.

A package that needs review

For a prolonged delay, apparent loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or shipping damage, email narsappan903@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Damage reports should also include clear photographs of the parcel and item.
