Cards and currency

Activated card categories displayed by the store are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Maestro. Checkout presents charges in USD unless it explicitly shows another currency. A displayed card mark identifies a supported category but does not guarantee approval of a particular transaction.

Authorization and verification

Order handling starts only after successful authorization. A payment provider or issuer may approve, decline, review, request verification or place a temporary hold. Billing information must be accurate, and an incomplete, high-risk or unverifiable payment may be delayed or cancelled.

Sensitive data and assistance

Complete card numbers and security codes are handled by payment providers rather than stored in ordinary storefront content. Issuers generally control declines, conversions, disputes and hold release timing. Approved refunds return to the original method, with posting controlled by the financial provider.
