When will an order arrive?

Following successful payment authorization, handling generally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after shipment is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Shipping charges and any qualifying free-shipping offer appear at checkout.

What if there is a product problem?

Changed preference and an incorrectly chosen option are not voluntary-return reasons. Report damage, a defect, an incorrect or incomplete shipment, or a material description mismatch within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days, while posting can take longer.
